We provide you short to medium term funding - which is totally unsecured - based on the cash flows of your company over the previous Three years. This type of funding can be provided for an amount between Rs. 50 Lakhs to Rs. 5 cr - Depending on the financial strength of your company. A major benefit of this funding is that you do not need to give any End-Use commitment to Bankers - You are free to use the amount anywhere in the business you like. The rate would totally depend on your existing CC Rate and Strength of your Financials.
Apart from this, we have a number of Secured Structured Facilities too wherein we can provide you medium to long term funding upto about 15 Years against a property (Residential, Commercial, Industrial or NA Plots) as collateral which can come at a rate as low as 10%-12.00%.
