These Magnetic Liquid Filters are used for heavy duty, large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems to remove micron sized ferrous and paramagnetic contamination from various types of liquids. They provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment and preserve product purity.

A matrix of rods containing high intensity rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets are housed within a stainless steel vessel. The magnetic configuration ensures maximum exposure of contaminations to the high intensity rods without impeding liquid flow. Jacketed filters are used in heated pipeline applications where temperature is critical to the product viscosity, for example, chocolate, syrups, jams and sauces. Our magnetic liquid lines can be used to remove very fine or small contaminants that make them ideal for liquid purification.
