We design and develop world-class Air Heaters that improve operational effectiveness, enhance product reliability and reduce costs for our customers. We manufacture a wide range of air heaters such as:

U-shaped Air Heaters: 'U' shaped air heaters are made from Chrome nickel steel and can withstand high level of surface temperature upto 650A C.

Silica Heaters: These heaters are encased in imported pure Fused Silica Sheaths and are applicable for safe and quick heating of various solutions.

Cartridge Air Heaters: These are made with sheath-brass, S.S. or nickel alloy and can be applied for heating patterns, dies, aluminium extrusion cylinders and nozzles.

Bobbin Type Heaters: These are open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and laid through fluted refractory bobbins. These are then inserted into metal pipes as an integral part of the system or welded to screw plugs.
