Mix this product with flour, the ratio of yeast and flour is 0.8%-1%
When use sugar-low yeast,the sugar content of flour should be less than 7%.When use sugar-high yeast,the sugar content of flour should be more than 7%.Make into a dough,and the dough should be kept in 30 degrees condition. After the dough fermented then do shape. Let the dough put aside for 10-15min,then put into steamer or oven. The yeast can be added directly to the mixer by mixing it dry with the flour or by sprinkling it on top of dough when mixing begins.
