2. From 2300 hours-0700 hours arrival/departure transfers, there shall be an additional supplement of SGD 20 per vehicle per way
3. All complaints or claims should be made in writing within 10 days of passengers departure from Singapore
4. Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 75 minutes from the arrival time of the flight
5. No refund shall be made for unutilized services
