HOW TO USE: Beclomethasone Dipropionate is an inhalation medicine. Inhale the medicine 2 times per day. If you prescribed 2puffs, take one dose and wait for 1-2 minutes for the second dose. Gargle and wash your mouth with water to prevent infection.

HOW BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE WORKS: Beclomethasone Dipropionate reduce the swelling in the airway caused by the infection and also inhibit the irritation in the airway and by this process it makes lungs to breathe easy. Beclomethasone Dipropionate is used for the long term treatment of asthma.

PHARMACOKINETICS: Beclomethasone Dipropionate absorbed in body after the inhalation or by the I.V. dose. Almost 94-96% of drug binds with the plasma protein.
The half-life inhaled medicine is 0.5hours. Half-life of I.V. dose is between 8.8-5.7 hours.
Less than Beclomethasone Dipropionate drug is excreted unchanged in urine.

Side effects: Nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, Saur mouth, headache, bitter taste are the common side effects of the medicine. The medication some time causes breathing problem, yeast infection, fever, chills, weakness, ear pain.
