The new Double Drive Machine is capable of handling heavy pay-load of work like Mixing of Rubber Compound with fillers etc. and better mastication of Rubber compound as compared to the Kneader & conventional Mixing Mill. For mastication of Rubber higher friction ratio is required which is impossible in the case of conventional Mixing Mill. The Double drive theory also prevents roll breakage which is quite common in conventional design of two gears connecting the rolls. In the Double Drive system, the connecting gears are eliminated altogether. Thus the life of Chilled Rolls is increased manifold. Thus saving the replacement of roller and the heavy investment. The machine in this case definitely reduces the power consumption.
