Sand cast / Investment cast, twisted vane impeller of duplex stainless steel (CD4MCu) for better erosion capability.
Seal housing controls vapor build-up and ensures adequate flow conditions to remove heat effectively. Incorporates many different seal designs with sufficient radial clearance.
Oil seals at both ends of bearing housing.
Bearings with L-10 life of 2 years as minimum designed criteria.
Corrosion allowance of 3 mm.
