It can be used for enamelled silencers on cars and tractors, which will enhance the life of the silencer by several years. It can also be used as the base coat for signboards as well as for traditional enamel hollowware ( cups, plates, cook and serve ware, etc.) Our 3 member ground frit, G-206, G-301 and G-280, is usually mixed in the ratio of 40:20:40 for hollowware or for thin sheets, and 50:15:35 for thicker sheets, such as in glass lined chemical equipment. This frit fires to a blue-black colour if under fired. Black when correctly fired, and greenish black when over fired. We also manufacture food grade ground frits.
