Ascorbyl Palmitate is a high effective antioxidant and deoxidizer, is assessed as nutritious, high effective and safe additive by Codex Committee on Food Additives(CCFA) of World Health OrganizationWHO. It is the only antioxidant which can be used in the infant formulae and follow-up formulae in China. The product can prevent oxidation, protect color and luster, enhance particular nutrition and so on.
Use scope:

Fatty products(milk powders, cream powder and seasonings), instant noodles (pre-cooked noodles and rice ), the edible lipin (fats, oils and fat emulsions), hydrogenated vegetable oils, breads and rolls,infant formulae and follow-up formulae,preschooler formulae.
Usage:

1. Instant noodles (pre-cooked noodles and rice ), the edible lipin (fats, oils and fat emulsions), hydrogenated vegetable oils etc.:Dissolve the product into heated oil or ethanol, confect 5% concentrated antioxidant solution,then add into the foodstuff.
2. Fatty products (milk powders , cream powder and seasonings),breads and rolls,infant formulae and follow-up formulae,preschooler formulae etc.: add this product into it and stir until it distributes evenly.
