Hecons heavy duty ovens are more suitable for Industrial Laboratories for dry content analysis, preheating, dry sterilizing and glassware drying

Construction : Triple Walled construction with outer of thick gauge Mild Steel sheet duly Epoxy Powder Coated and inner of M.S / S.S / Aluminium. Work space is insulated from the outer cabinet with high density mineral wool. Chamber access is via a single hinged Double Walled side door, providing full and easy access with heavy duty hinges & spring and roller type latch catch for locking device. Wire mesh trays for better air circulation are also provided.

Forced Air Draft (No Recirculation)

Heating : Heating is by 80/20 Nichrome wire with porcelain runner supports or S.S Tubular Air heaters or by Incoloy Tubular Heaters depending upon the working temperature requirements. Heater terminals are taken out for wiring thereby increasing the life of heaters and further avoiding the problem of burning of heater terminals & short circuiting of heater connections.
The Hecons ovens are designed to provide extremely accurate temperature uniformity with no temperature overshoot.
