With external antenna, they can transmit data effectively, spanning 25 kilometers. Network administrator can manage SL-5GTW from Web. For advanced network management, administrators can use AP Manager or SNMP management module to configure multiple access points from a single location. SL-5GTW Wireless Outdoor Bridge is ideal for connecting LANs in distant buildings at speeds approaching those of wired Ethernet. The hardware features of the 802.11a/b/g Access Point include a powerful 27dBm RF engine that is selectable between the 802.11b/g and 802.11a bands.
