Product Description :-
This type of furnace is used only for Tempering purpose for Sealed Quench furnace. We can tailor make the product as per definite demands of our clients.
It is a annealing furnace with a belt width range of 100mm up to 1200mm under controlled atmosphere for a variety of applications are available. Belt furnaces are electrical or gas heated;
Annealing is been done under 100% hydrogen for magnetic parts und temperatures up to 1220 C is also available as well as low temp. applications with neutral, reducing or controlled oxidizing atmospheres.
Atmosphere zoning allows improved debindering or deluding; LED low energy dew axing zone, re carburisation zone, quench cooling unit and convective cooling units can be part of a heat treatment line.
