We are engaged in offering excellent quality Top Grafted Rose Plants to our valuable clients. Rose Plants are produced on Natal Briar rootstock, which have been imported from Holland. We use this rootstock specially because Natal Briar is known to produce better stemlength and colour intensity. All our propagation takes place in sterile cocopeat as medium in a greenhouse with full facilities such as mist system, pad 'n fan, heating, etc. All this is to ensure a quality plant free from pests and diseases.
Logic of the top graft
This type of plant is more expensive (high quality rootstock and budwood material, special facilities) but performs faster and better. The short period for propagation and early flower production and strong homogenuous growth leads to several financial advantages for the grower.
-plants can be ordered shortly before the season. A longer propagation period would
imply much earlier order, hence early choice of variety. With top graft plants a decision
well after the Valentine still permits full production in September.
-plantation may take place as late as in June and still catching the season with reasonable
-shorter period for plant development (saving labour, chemicals, fertilizers, etc.)
-longer period of production with the former planting
-earlier return on investment
-the plant gives a higher assurance for disease free material and in time delivery.
