1. JRDA Extrudera s Scroll & Liners are made from EN41B material, Nitrided Hardened & Polished
2. Barrel Zones are Steel Fabricated with Jackets for heating & cooling.
3. Scroll speed:A Variable scroll speed forA different products.
4. OurA A ExtrudersA are based on advance 2 stage Radicon Helical Gear Box with inbuilt thrust handling bearing assembly compared to conventional worm reduction ones. This ensures better productivity and higher efficiency.
5. FeedA Opening isA with hardened power drivenA feedA roll and hopper ensuring accurate feeding of rubber strips toA extruder.
6. AdvanceA ExtrusionA Pressure System ensures excellent quality extrusions.
