Kasuri Methi Leaves

Dehydrated Fenugreek Leaves/ Quality Kasuri Methi Leaves are prepared from fresh, clean, bright, soft and succulent leaves, typical of the variety and of proper stage of maturity. The leaves are free from over matured leaves, hard and over matured stacks, roots, stumps, grass, extraneous leaves and damaged caused by insects or diseases. The dehydrated fenugreek leaves are prepared after thorough washing including adequate removal of toxic spray and dust residues, cutting into shreds of desired sizes.

The Dehydrated Fenugreek leaves/ Kasuri Methi is of green colour typical of the variety and is free from any added artificial colouring matter. The dehydrated fenugreek leaves have characteristic flavour and odour of fresh leaves and are free from case hardening, hay-like, scorched, musty and other objectionable flavour and odour.
