Wet Magnetic Separator

Wet magnetic separator refers to a kind of equipment which select according to the magnetic difference between the ore and the barren rock in a wet way. Wet magnetic separators with fixed magnetic drum can be applied to the wet separation of fine strong magnetic ore while they, also, can be used to remove the strong magnetic mixture ore from the non-magnetic ore. The working principle of wet magnetic separator
The strong magnetic ore is adsorbed to the surface of the drum while the weak magnetic ore and non-magnetic ore are flicked off when the ore pulp enters into the magnetic field. The strong magnetic adsorption on the drum surface revolves with the drum and is brought from the magnetic field. Finally it will be crushed into fine ore bunker finishing the separation.
