We are exporting, manufacturing & supplying Winding Bearing Temperature Scanner from Pune, Maharashtra India. Protocontrol manufactures Winding Bearing Temperature Scanner for protection of HT motors and Transformers. Suitable sensors are to be embedded in the winding of the motor to be protected. Sensors are also fixed in the bearing housing of the motor. When temperature of any sensor increases beyond set value the output relay will actuate the relay contacts are to be used in interlocking circuit.

The scanner consists if a Temperature Indicator, which gets input from temperature sensor connected to the particular channel and Scanning Unit which is electronic sequential timer type which scans the channels and the scan rate is adjustable with the help of a trim pot.
The mode of operation can be selected with the help of a toggle switch.

In Auto mode, the scanning is continuous. Sensor of those particular channels connected through the switch of selected channel to the indicator. Therefore temperature of the same channel is displayed for the time selected by the scan time adjustment pot. After the elapsed time, channel increments to show next channel temperature. Power-On reset facility is provided in this mode.
