There are various websites which provides the rates. Along with NCDEX and MCX to provide the basic rates or the direction of the movement.
Various business magazines are there, I used spice board's magazine which as very low subscription rates of Rs 50 for 12 issued of a year.
In the last page of this magazine, international and domestic prices are mentioned, which may help you.
