1.Overall activities being controlled by well-experienced persons.
2.Our guards will be at least 10th standard, above 21 years of age and 5.6 feet height.
Terms & conditions: -
1.We undertake to provide continuous shift services round the clock. Though security personnel will be under our direct control and supervision, they will have to honour your society’s standing orders and instructions.
2.You cannot employ our persons through any agency or directly.
3.Our security officers and other inspecting staff shall visit to your unit periodically and shall also organize night checking to ensure efficient and alert duty.
4.The contract will be accepted for a minimum period of one month, as probation in first phase & thereafter, it will be renewed yearly.
5.The maintenance of records as per Governments rules and regulations, in respect of our employees will be our sole responsibility.
Charter of Responsibilities: -
1.Checking of all in coming and outgoing persons with materials, goods etc. in factory premises.
2.We shall arrange for gatepass system to the visitors and maintain all the Registers i.e. visitors Register, Vehicle Register and other records as per directions by you.
3.Controlling the movement of visitors and unauthorized person entering the premises of society.
4.To ensure that no theft or pilferage takes place.
5.To handle Law & Order Situations.
6.To manage the reception lobby, receiving visitors and guide them to required locations.
7.To maintain if any electronic devices like CCTV, X-ray baggage devices.
8.To inform management in case of any irregularities observed.
9.To assist in fire fighting arrangement by: -
a)Planning and arranging the supply of fire fighting equipment’s viz Co2, D.C.P., and foam type extinguishers of approved quality.
b)Imparting information on techniques and precautions for prevention of fire.
c)Refilling and maintenance of the fire fighting equipment’s.
