| Description |
Protease A4 is an acid protease manufactured by a unique fermentation process from a selected strain of fungi. Protease A4 hydrolyses peptide bonds and therefore leads to the disassembly of the protein. Protease A4 is active in acidic conditions between pH 2.5 to 4.5.
Protease A6 is an acid protease manufactured by a unique fermentation process from a selected strain of fungi. Protease A6 hydrolyses peptide bonds and therefore leads to the disassembly of the protein. Protease A6 is active in conditions between pH 5.0-10.0.
