| Description |
We are one of the leading manufacturers of Turbo Ventilators. These Ventilation Systems are mounted on industrial roof tops and are highly effective in removing heat, gases, smoke, fumes and dust from industrial sheds. These run on wind and do not use any power.
These Ventilators are therefore environment friendly and economical to operate. Their exhaust capacity can be up to 2600 C.F.M. and their R.P.M. can be up to 160. One Ventilator covers approximately 300 Sq. Ft of Floor Area (depending on the operating parameters involved) Their performance is determined by the wind speed outside, the inside temperature and the stack height.
These find use in Production Sheds, Production Utility Areas such as Generator Rooms, Boiler Rooms etc., Packing Areas, & Warehouses.
Today, Air Ventilators are commonly used in several Process Based Industries such as Food Processing & Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Chemical & Fertilizers and Iron & Steel.
These Ventilators are strong, impact resistant, light weight, weather proof, leakage proof, maintenance free, noise free, economical, environment friendly and highly durable.
The Pay-Back Period is not more than 2-3 years from date on which they are put to use.
Standard Sizes include:
1. 32' x 24'
2. 30' x 24'
3. 28' x 24'
4. 28' x 21'
These can be manufactured using hi-grade industrial S.S. 202, S.S. 304 or Aluminium as per customer choice and requirement.
Turbo Ventilators can also be Powder Coated to protect these against chemical corrosion caused due to reactive and corrosive industrial gases and fumes.
