CONSORTECH TOOLS (INDIA) LTD specializes in Worker Productivity, Process Quality & Safety Improvement Tools. The areas of application are Metal Working, Fastening Management, Precision Machining, Model Making etc.
It is a time tested fact that the High Frequency tools, operating on 300 Hz is the best solution in improving worker productivity, savings on energy utilization & running maintenance cost and on wheel consumption cost. Never the less, IN THE PAST, there had been many hurdles in implementing this idea.
The Static Converter input is Single phase/Two phase/Three phase, 220 V/50Hz. That means easy availability of input power at any place of work.
The weight of the Converter is very small compared to the normal Rotary Converter. For example a 4 KVA Stationary Converter weighs only 10 Kg where as a Rotary Converter weighs 72 Kg. That means our product is easily transportable and can be even taken to heights for working as in the case of the deck of a ship or on the top of a structure etc.
The Converter uses power only when the Tool is switched on. Therefore, the system is most efficient and saves on energy charges.
The Converter is Stationary type. There are no Rotating parts. Subsequently, repair & maintenance is very minimal.
No installation, control panel and messy cabling required. Stands to benefit on cost. Also easy for deployment in the shop floor.
Converter units are available from 1300 W to operate a single Tool to 24 KVA to operate multiple Tools, both in standard and tailor made versions.
The output is 200V/300 Hz to ensure the best power to weight ratio.
These tools are used and proven in the developing market environment and work culture. They come with robust design for long service life. The extra power cushion provided in each tool enables to meet unintentional overload situation which is very common in the Indian work culture.
