| Description |
Zinkomer is a specially engineered product which acts as a supreme activator for Rubber Processing as well as provides superior mechanical properties. This is an Ideal Replacement to Zinc Oxide.
ZINKOMER PROPERTIES :
Appearance: Dull Grey
Oil Absorption: 60 10gm / 100 gm
Moisture (ex-work): Max. 2.5%
Residue on 500 mesh: < 0.2 %
LOI at 1000oC: 15% ( 2)
pH (10% aq. Slurry): 9.0 ( 0.5)
Sp. Gravity: 3.8 (+ 0.2)
ZINCKOMER provides the following in Rubber Application as compared to the conventional Zinc Oxide :
Better process ability.
Lower down mixing time.
Excellent dispersion.
Excellent rheo properties.
Improvement in Mechanical Properties.
Lowers down specific gravity , thereby benefiting in compound weight.
Improves heat ageing property.
Replaces Zinc Oxide 100 % .
As LOI is higher in Zinkomer, ash content is lower as compared to Zinc Oxide , hence OEM product manufacturers will be benefited in this ground by using Zinkomer.
Techno commercially immensely beneficial as compared to Zinc Oxide.
