The Shaft Mounts are available in sizes A to L with power ratings of upto 150kW
An ISO 9001-2008 certified manufacturer ensuring 100% inspection & traceability of all gears and gearboxes
Involute SMGU Features:
1. 100% Interchangeable with leading brands of the world
2. All torque arms/fulcrums are plated to eliminate them being rusted in use.
3. High quality hardened ground gearing - Our gear units now have higher load capacity as the gears have been redesigned.
4. All gears are case carburized to a case depth and ground in-house.
5. All gears undergo crack testing
6. The shaft mounts are available with keyed hollow shafts or hollow taper bores with taper clamps.
7. All gear units are machined on a CNC machining center so are very accurate in alignment.
8. Heavy Duty Roller Bearings on Input (Pulley) Side
9. Imported Oilseals
10. All units tested prior to dispatch
11. Numerous accessories - Labyrinth Sealing, Hub Covers, Motor Mounts, Reducing Bushes, Extraction Collars
12. Gearboxes C - L have a provision for Backstops.
13. Shaft Mounted Screw Conveyor Units
14. Also available with imperial bores & keyways
