| Description |
Ceramic fiber friction materials are used in brakes. The materials have good strength, low shot content and easy to disperse in the mixing machines. We suggest using vertical high-speed mixer. The speed is over 2000turns/sec.
The classifications of our friction materials are SDTR-1Z and SDKR-1.
SDTR-1Z is mainly used in Drums,such as, large vinicals, such as trucks,vans and so on.
SDKR-1 is mainly used in Dics, such as, small cars and motorcycles.
SDTR-1Z and SDKR-1 are healthy, safe and environmental. They can quickly dissolve in our lungs and do not harm to us, they are bio soluble, so widely exported to aboard.
Our materials have low noisy and can easily used in the mixing machine to achieve good effects.
