Product Specification
Pirani Gauges manufactured by ACE Instruments are Digital Pirani Gauges recommended for the measurement of high vacuum in the Pirani Range upto 0.001 mBar. Digital Pirani Gauges are available in panel mounting type body with a Pirani Gauge Head (Sensor) which can be clamped onto the point of measurement using a KF Clamp fitting. Digital High Pressure Pirani Gauge Models are available for vacuum measurement from 999 mBar (Atmospheric) to 0.001 mBar (1 micron) & standard pirani gauges from 1 mBar to 0.001 mBar (1 micron) depending on the application. The Digital Pirani Gauge has an intelligent 4 Digit 7 segment LED display with auto decimal resolution setting.
Digital Pirani Gauge is based on the principle of measurement of thermal conductivity of gases. The Digital Pirani Gauge comes with a single gauge head or a dual gauge head enabling the use of one instrument to measure the vacuum of 2 points.
Digital Pirani Gauge is a direct replacement for the conventional Analog Pirani Gagues or the conventional Mcleod Gauges & is mains operated on Single Phase, 230 V.A.C. supply. Also available are Digital Pirani Gauge with 2 Gauge Heads & Digital Pirani Gauge with Set Point Controller.
Digital Pirani Gauges are direct part replacement for Analog Pirani Gauges with ease of a digital readout & higher accuracy. These find extensive use in High Vacuum Applications where traditionally, the customers have used Analog Pirani Gauges. A 0 -10 VDC Output is a standard feature.
