| Description |
KYN28 Shield movable metal-clad switchgear equipment (hereafter referred to as switchgear equipment), manufactured by Jiangsu SIVACON Electrical Co., Ltd(Huapeng Groups subsidiary), is the complete distribution device for 6-12 KV three phases AC 50Hz single bus subsection system. This product is used for the own operation and its transmission of power plant, petrochemical industry, industry and mining projects distribution and electricity systems secondary substation, and also the lifting of large high voltage generator. It has the interlocking function of preventing pushing and pulling the truck on load, breaking and connecting the VCB by mistake, connecting the VCB when earthing switch is closed, entering the operating separated compartment, closing the earthing switch when it is operating. This kind of product can be equipped with homemade VS1 middle-positioned vacuum circuit breaker, VD4 made by ABB, 3AE made by Siemens and EV12 middle-positioned vacuum circuit breaker made by Schneider, and it is a distribution equipment with ascendant performance.
1.2 Operating Condition
1.2.1 Normal operating condition
a. Ambient temperature: Max. +40; Min. -10
b. Altitude: 1000m (max)
c. Relative humidity: daily average less than 95%, monthly less than 90%
d. Shock of earthquake: less than 8 magnitude
e. The ambient air should not be heavily polluted by corrosion or easy burning gas, vapour.
f. No heavy dirtiness and vibration, Special design should be used under atrocious condition according to the requirement of category 1.
1.2.2 Special Operating Condition
Note: When the switchgear equipment operates in low temperature and (or) in weather condition with large variation, air condensation can be appeared. Therefore, heater should be installed in the cubicle to prevent it from insulation accident and metal corrosion.
