Product : Single-layer double-cavity mould for truck brake linings
1.Application/ functions: apply to the hot pre-forming of all kinds of drum brakes.
2. Performance Characteristics:
The mold adopts the 40cr steel forging processing, heat treatment hardness 40-420 Plated Chrome thickness 0.03-0.05mm and durable. The mold consists of the upper mold, the lower mold, flash board, baffle, upper and lower template, drag rod and guide sleeve. The up and down mode is processed by the fine grinding of grinding machine. The blank intrados gap of the hot pressed brakes should be ensured within 0.15mmthe thickness error less than 0.3mm.
