| Description |
We offer various types of Sugar Mill Machineries :
a) Rake Carriers with Donelly Chute : Rake type conveyor of steel construction width to accommodate 1500 mm to 1700 mm rakes, suitable length and feeding height of 3 mtrs. Suitable length and feeding height of 3 mtrs. Suitable designed Donnelly chute above top roller. Rakes fabricated type, fixed on 229 mm P block type forged chain & sprockets. Suitable runners, structure , head end tail end shafts, GM Bush brgs, drive sprocket chain motor, gear box , variable speed drive, and tightening arrangements. Speed of carrier will be 10 meters/ min.to 25 meters/ minute.
b) Under Feed, TRPF Rollers : Cast iron shell hot shrunk fitted grooved inter meshing type or M.S. fabricated toothed type under feed rollers and TRPF roller with shaft of 35C8, B.G.M. bush bearings, pinions, set etc.
c) Cush Cush Conveyor : U shaped double scroll screw type conveyor, sturdy designed for ultimate capacity. Screw flight dia of 600 and suitable length, discharge perforated bottom for juice drainage. Complete with motor, gearbox, gearpair, to run not more than 40 RPM.
d) Bagasse Elevator, Return Bagasse, Cross Bagasse Carrier : All carriers and elevators suitably designed to the desired TCD manufactured in All steel construction, sturdy troughs, braced, heavy supporting structures, fabricated rakes or slats, fixed on 150 mm chain, 40,000 kgs breaking strength, suitable sprockets, motor, gear box, drive chain & sprockets, GM / Roller bearings, Idler shaft assembly, platform & staircase etc.a complete unit.
Sugar Processing Equipment
a) Crystallizers : All air cooled, water cooled & Vacuum Crystallizers of batch type horizontal crystallizers designed & manufactured all steel constructed with sufficient thickness for trough body, end plates, stiffeners, discharge gate etc. with efficient stirring arrangement of sturdy cones for air cooled and sturdy heat exchange unit for water cooled with drive motor, reduction gear, to give striker speed of not more than 60 RPH.
b) Magma Mixer / Mol Tank :
1. Magma mixer of steel construction of std sizes and specification is designed with drive, motor GB/ Planetary unit, beaters open gear units, stuffing box etc.
2. Milk of lime tank of desired capacity with stirring arrangement and sturdy manufactured complete with connections, drive valves etc.
c) Cranes:
Class 2 type cranes of single girder, double girder confirming to TS 3177 / 807. EOT/HOT type 3 motions, of various capacities from IMT to 20MT FOR Milling house and Power House (Hot type).
Juice Evaporators
a) Juice Heaters, Evaporators, Vapor Cell, Semi Kestner :
1. High velocity vertical tubular juice heaters designed of multiple circulation type of 115% juice on cane at respective crushing rate of various heating surface. Tube plate, cover plate, with opening device for cover plate, tubes of 55/ Bras 45 mm 07 with juice, water, steam, water connection & valves & Pipeline.
2. All vapor cell, semi kartner, evaporators will be of efficiency designed with respective Heating surfaces for tubes of brass/ SS 45 mm OD. Suitable thk of MS plates for calandria. Bodies, top cone, bottom saucer, down take and efficient entertainment catcher. Vapor space of 2 times in vapor cell & evaporator & 2.5 times in last body. Bodies complete in all respect of Conn, valves, pipings structure and staging etc.
B)Sulphiters : Design, manufacture supply and installation of continuous juice & syrup sulphiters suitably designed for crushing rate of 56 TCH TO 225 TCH with 115% juice, retention time 7 mins, sufficient juice / syrup column nt, gas distribution arrangement, reaction and correction tank, stack gas recovery tower, , receiving tank, stirring, arrangement with suitable drive having around 16 RPM for juice sulphitor. SO2 gas absorption arrangement for syrup Sulphiters. All construction of MS adequate thk, all necessary conns, fittings etc. will complete the said unit.
c) Low Head Vacuum Pans : The vacuum pans efficiently designed for Low head rapid boiling calandria type normal strike capacity of 40 T- 60 T. H.S will be designed so HS to M3 not less than 6.6. Tubes brass / SS-OD 102 mm. Adequate vapor space. All MS having sufficient thk for calandria, tube plate, body, top cone, bottom saucer, down take etc. ample capacity discharge valve, various pipe of vapor, syrup, molasses, water, exhaust etc. with all fittings. Valves, connections, gauges, samplers, sight light glasses etc.
