Vacuum powder feeder
Model: VLG-400, VLG-600, VLG-800, VLG-1000, VLG-1200
Our vacuum powder feeder has capacity from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.
It can be also applied to pellets or flaked products.
Our vacuum powder feeder consists of vacuum hopper loader, vacuum valve, filter valves, low-level indicator, high-level indicator, dumping hopper(extruder hopper), intake jet, conveying pipe, feed bin, vacuum blower, safety valve, by-pass valve, blower protection filter, clean air line.
Technical features of our vacuum powder feeder:
1. Product contacted parts made of SS304 stainless steel
2. High efficiency hose filter with reverse-jet cleaning
3. Filter part can be removed in one piece for easy maintenance
4. Flap discharge valve with position signal transmitter
5. Level switch installed in vacuum hopper for control of batch loading cycle
6. Non-stop loading by connected with rotary valve, rotary valve made by our factory.
7. Pre-piped and pre-wired ready for operation
8. Electric control system
9. Large filter surface area
10. Temperature range: -10 up to +80

1. Integrated skirt filter hose for ventilation of dusty air
2. Special filter materials and surface treatments
3. Discharge aids for sticky products
4. by-pass for continues working of vacuum pump
5. Master control unit: control of multiple universal hopper loaders with one vacuum pump.
