| Description |
SCIL has been highly successful in executing orders for supply of more than 50,000 poles, from Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board for their coastal belt work of 33KV power distribution line under the World Bank Program. Various other orders, to the tune of more than 5,000 poles are under execution. All the above poles are still in excellent condition despite onslaught by many floods, tidal waves etc., during the last 12 years.
The company has a qualified and well-trained erection team, state of the art equipment with necessary tools and appliances for erecting the poles. The company has also been able to successfully erect 300 km of 11KV/33KV power distribution lines and the same have been energized as well. The poles have also been used in 33/11 KV electrical sub-station structures.
R.D.S.O The research wing of the Indian railways has conferred their approval on SCIL for the supply of overhead electrical traction masts for the railway electrification projects through out India.
