| Description |
Currently, we are talking with few organizations regarding identification of suitable sites for development of Solar Power Projects etc. So, we are in a position to offer few identified locations which are mainly suitable for Solar Power Plants or other projects mainly in Kutch area of Gujarat.
1. Sites around 250 300 Acres:
We have more than 5 sites which are located at around 50 Kilometres from Gandhidham and 65 Kilometres from Bhuj, in Kutch area of Gujarat.
Sites are close to Bhachau town and suitable for Solar Plants as per preliminary information about solar insolation levels of the area.
We can plan / arrange for a visit to the above sites having minimum area of 250 Acres - 300 Acres of land at one location with almost flat terrain.
Mostly the land is under control of 4-5 owners / parties etc. and in some cases it is under control of 1-2 owners / parties also.
If suitable, this land can be made available at very attractive commercial terms between the parties and can be acquired within very short period.
2. Sites more than 700 Acres up to 1500 Acres:
Also, we can offer a site having area more than 700 Acres up to 1500 Acres in Kutch area of Gujarat for other projects, which are located near Nakhtrana or Samakhyali towns of Kutchh area at very very attractive commercial terms. Out of these two site details for one site are as below:
