| Description |
We can arrange to open Import Letters of Credit for the purpose of Importation as per below given indicative terms:-
Minimum Amount of the L/C : $100,000 USD & Above
Validity : 60/90/180 days
Nature : Irrevocable, Sight and Non-transferable.
Opening Charges : 4% for 60 days 5% for 90 days and 8% for 180 days Upfront.
Opening Banks: - IOB, BOB, UCO Bank, Indian Bank, Winter Bank, Bank Leumi, Deutsche Bank, Sterling Bank, Stan Chart Located in Singapore, Hong Kong, UK
Europe and USA.
Amendments : 100$ per amendments + Banking charges.
Deposit/Margin : 10% to 20% in the Applicants Bank Account before opening of the L/C and will be adjusted in the final bills which will be sent by the applicant to the Importers Banks for collection on DP basis.
Payment Options: Payment made is to be upfront or In case the party does not want to make upfront payment then party can travel to Hong Kong , Singapore and make the payment to the applicant in the Bank and collect the L/C confirmation.
Procedures: - A Commitment fee has to be taken and its depends on client to client basis and commitment fee will be adjusted towards service charges, for draft copy of the L/C for approval. All charges are to be paid Upfront and L/C will be opened and sent to the Importers suppliers by swift as per usual Banking Channels, the suppliers will ship the goods directly to the destination of the importers and documents will be sent to the applicants of the L/C after adjusting the margin paid. All Banking charges to the account of the importer.
The Importer has to submit Scan copy of the Passport , Pan Card, Proforma Invoice, Import-Export License, Incorporation Certificate, Profile of the Business & Banking Details of the Importer and of the Exporters (Supplier), Copy of the Purchase Agreement, Future Receivables, Market Scenario if order in you hand, LOI & Indemnity Agreement.
