Special Features: Entire machine built in very heavy cast iron frame with vibration free

Unwinding Unit Consist of a shaft made of alloy steel fitted with tapered C.I. Cones for assembly specially designed the tension of the web is controlled by clutch brake. An arrangement of lateral displacement of the parent roll is also provided.
Lamination Unit: Adhesive trays and blades are fitted in such away that they can be easily removed from the machine for the make ready and wash up. Doctor blades holders are easily removable for sharpening replacing doctor blades. As desired according to the dia of coating cylinder the rubberized impression cylinder in precision ground to give perfect impression. After presenting the impression
from both the side it can be engaged and disengaged simply by movement of a handling from one side.
Rewinding Unit: Consist of a shaft made of alloy steel fitted with tapered C.I. Cones for mounting
Bearing assembly specially designed for smooth rotation and easy handling. Friction type clutch system is provided to control the tension and tight rewinding.
Drying Unit: Drying glass wool heating chamber with heating system.
Drive: The machine will be supplied 5.HP.DC. Electric motor with speed control panel
Consisting of necessary items like rectifier, diodes, contractor, overload relay etc. And is houses in self
Supporting steel cabinet with all a witches, fuses, indicators etc.
Delivery: Within sixty days from the date of confirmation of order with advance.
