Axial-Torsion Test System are ideal for axial-torsional fatigue and fracture testing of advanced materials and manufactured components. These free standing systems are precision aligned and of adequate axial and torsional stiffness. Standard features:
Axial capacity up to 100 kN
Torsional capacity up to 1 kNm
Two column high precision, high stiffness load frame
Actuator in base or in upper crosshead to suit application
Wide range of system options, grips, fixtures and accessories
Optional capability for instrumented testing with up to 12 strain gauge channels
Electronically servo-controlled variable flow, variable pressure, low noise, energy efficient pump
5+ kHz 32-bit digital closed loop control
24-bit data acquisition
User friendly MTL-Windows software with dedicated application software
Provision for user programmability.
