Description:
1. Both sides of the rock wool composite boards can adopt color coated panel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and other specific purification materials.
2. Core material can be inorganic (magnesium plate glass, gypsum board), rock fiber, magnesium silicate cotton.
3. Surrounded by aluminum-frame or cold-drawn steel.
4. The panel is in correspondence with national fireproof standard, characterizing aesthetic looking, sound and thermal insulation, heat preservation, anti-earthquake, etc.
Paper and Aluminum Honeycomb Panel are synthesized by color steel board and special high-intensity glue, holden up by special aluminum alloy joist, then finally formed after heating, pressure increasing, and solidifying. Compared by other sandwich panels, paper and aluminum honeycomb panel characterizes lightweight, good straight feature, aesthetic looking, scientific design, fire-proof as well as convenient installment procedures. Due to the trait of hexagon structure of the core materials, this product is prone to be in an anti-pressure, fine extension and lower weight condition, which is of green materials in environment protecting. Especially, this type of steel is suitable in clean areas with high standard sanitation. And it is also the popularly-used steel panels in purification industries.
