| Description |
Conformation: It uses fire-retardant EPS as core material, and zinc-plated & color-coated steel sheets as the upper and bottom sheets. The panels are formed by heating and pressing with high-intensity glue through high-speed continuous forming machines.
Specifications:
1. Board width: 1200mm, 1150mm, 1000mm
2. Thickness: 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250mm
3. Length: According to project and transportation requirement
4. Color: According to project requirement
5. Variety: H-beam (flat sheet, profiled sheet), matchboard, corrugated sandwich panel
Function & Quality standard:
1. Dead weight: 10.0-13.6Kg/m2
2. Heat-conduction coefficient: 0.034-0.037w/m.k
3. Oxygen index (oi): 34.0
4. Sound insulation property: 19dB(A) (75mm thickness
5. Core material: PS foam plastic panel should be corresponded with GB10801, volume density should be less than 18KG/m3, heat-conduction coefficient should be less than 0.041W/m.k) and ZR, oxygen index should be less than 30%.
6. Binder: The binding intensity should be no less than 0.1Mpa.
Stripping property: When having peeling experiment, the PS foam particles should be distributed equally, and the bond area of per peeled surface should be no less than 85%.
