1. General Description.
Choice of masonry mortar is governed by several considerations, such as type of masonry, situation of use, degree of exposure to weather, strength requirements, besides special, consideration like fire resistance, insulation, rate of setting and hardening etc. The ingredients for mortar have also a wide variety.
Plasto Guard TM is specially processed sand to cement mortar mixes.
Plasto Guard TM substantially reduces its impermeability and makes it more durable.
1. Physical properties: -
Specific gravity: - 2.61 (2.61) gm/cc.
Standard bulk density: - 1350 gm/ltr.
Chloride content: - 0.018 %
Sulphate content: - NIL.
(As per IS-456 not more than 0.5 %)
Advantages.
1. PlastoGuard TM improves bond to all surface and shrinkage crack.
2. PlastoGuard TM gives mortars improved freeze Thaw resistance and Unchanges durability.
3. PlastoGuard TM speed up plastering and reduces the rebound loss.
4. Mica free PlastoGuard TM.
For better plaster use follows the instructions: -
1. water shall be use suitable for the construction Purpose
{Ref IS 456 clause 5.4.1 PH value 6.5 to 8.5}
