| Description |
1. The material of the seal groups is a special chrome molybdenum cast iron, the content of chrome is 15 percent and molybdenum is 1-3 percent.
2. Character: high hardness, wear-resisting, anti-dirty ability, corrosion resistant.
3. The lifetime is more than 4500 hours.
4. The hardness is HRC65-72,the working face precision within 0.015um, flatness up to 0.1um-0.2 um
Specifications:
* Pressure: 1.0-1.7bar/cm2 (max.)
* Temperature range: -20-90 Degree
* Circumferential speed: 3m/ sec (max).
* The size of the seal groups are various,the outer diameter is from 50-865mm.
* Our seal groups are used in construction machinery and mining machinery, like komatsu,cat hitachi daewoo kobelco sumitomo hyundai and so on.
