We have pleasure in introducing ourselves as a leading manufacturer of wire cut type Biscuit Cream Sandwiching Machine.
We offer two types of biscuit sandwiching machines:
1. Single Cream Biscuit Sandwiching Machine: It is used to cream the biscuits of only one type of cream.
2. Double Cream Biscuit Sandwiching Machine: It is used to cream the biscuits either of two types of creams or a single type of cream.
Stacking of the biscuits:
One line
Three Line
Four Line
Five Line
Salient Features
Sandwiches are stacked on edge in rows on take-off conveyor for easy packaging.
Ease of change over to different varieties of biscuit in minimum time.
A Micro Switch is used which automatically stops the machine if any breakage of the biscuit takes place while running the biscuit in the machine.
To avoid any accident in running condition of the machine, Transparent Glass Covers are used with Safety Interlock Devices.
Power given to the machine is controlled with AC frequency controller.
All the contact parts are made up of Food Grading Stainless Steel.
