LHB-75D 3/4 Layer Extruding Hollow Blowing Moulding Machine which is developed by Longhua Machinery Co. itself is mainly used in producing permeating proof 3-layer compounded bottle for packing pesticide, chemical and others whose demands of permeating proof is high.
　　 3-layers of compounded bottle are separately: outside layer HDPE, middle layer is binder, the inside layer is EVOH (separating layer).The machine reduces the thickness of middle layer and inside layer (from 0.03mm to 0.05mm) as far as possible through fine control under the condition of no reducing the characteristics of permeating proof. To reduce the bottle cost greatly. The compounded bottle has advantages, such as light, not easy to breaking and others. It can take the place of glass bottles, it has wide market prospect.
　　 The company has produced newly the second generation high-efficiency ( 2-mould head,4-mould head double-work-position) 3-layer extruding hollow blowing moulding machine LHB-75D which is fine, steady and durable and which had fill the gap in the country. The machine is controlled by computer and is equipped with fine PID temperature-control system, the pressure on various screw stems testing timely ,central control, lock protect and alarm function. It can be equipped with 100-point wall thickness control system.
