Y-1201f (Washable hot melt adhesive film)
The hot melt adhesive use of advanced extrusion coating processes, to provide 0.05 to 0.15 (mm) hot melt adhesive membrane. The product has a strong adhesion fastness, superior performance, and other washable, embroidered badges widely used in car interiors, various woven superscript gum, indoor decoration, noise insulation materials, aluminium, and other noise non woven fabrics and fabric adhesive between.
Performance characteristics are as follows:
1. The various types of textiles, badge,Embroidering,metal materials, such as PVC plastic category with excellent adhesion properties.
2. A good washing resistance properties of 40 degrees.
3. This product is non - formaldehyde, non-toxic, is environmentally friendly products.
4. Breadth(cm):48-110

1. Appearance: milky white translucent with imports release paper, green.

3. Melt Range :105-115
4. Press-temperature :135-160
5. The proposed processing pressure: 0.5 -1.5kg/cm2
