Usage:
High quality STUCCO can be used for any substrates such as concrete including pre-cast, cement render(sand & cement),gypsum board,natural or man-made stone,bricks,etc. Apply by both trowel or machine, it's suitable for European architecture style.
Characteristics:
.Longevity of color (the color can last for several decades).
.Water permeable-allows moisture to diffuse out of substrate .
.Safe & odourless,both on application and while drying.
.Fire resistance and waterproof.
.Green & environmentally friendly .
.Compatible with all building materials(brick,wood,gypsum
board,cementitous substrates,insulation board,etc)
.Non-maintainance.
Packing
* 25kg/bag25KG can coat 5-7square meters with 3-4mm thickness.
Components
special Portland cement,lime,separated aggregate, mineral pigment and special additives.
Color
86 standard color the color can match according to the customer's request,except the mineral pigment can not match.
Surface preparation:
The surface should be free of dirt, dust, grease, oil and weathered material,etc.The surface need to be dry totally . The cracks and holes should be repaired before application.
Stucco mixing:
Each bag Stucco25kgadd 4.5-5.5L clean water .Stir them 15-20 minutes by machine.Standing 5 minutes,it can be applied.Use the mixed materials within 1hour.
Application:
.Wet the surface by clean water.
.Apply the first STUCCO using a steel trowel.
.According to the texture,chose the application,and then apply the
second STUCCO.
.It can spray by machine,but it need to be applied twice.
.Under the special environment.
