CNSL resin is thermosetting as well as binding resin which are in wide demand for brake lining together.
* The best modified Phenolic type.
* Offers the necessary traits of a straight phenolic nature without the oil bleeding and hence functions as a good binding agent.
* The flexibility, thermal stability and impact resistance it provides, cause the decrease in the co-efficient of friction.
Combines the features of thermosetting and binding, especially used for Brake Lining.
It is used in the manufacture of asbestos and non-asbestos brake lining, disc pads and railway brake blocks, CNSL resin is used as one of the prime raw materials.
