Details:
I. One part adhesive and sealant which was solidified after absorb moisture in the air under room temperature.
II. Excellent electrical insulation feature, No infection in different temperature, frequency.
III. Excellent temperature resistance, which can work at -60º, C~+200º, C for long time.
Main Type:
SC-1108 White fluid appearance RTV silicone sealant (one part). The sealant can be filtered into littleness gap which has effective sealant. Surface dry,solidify quickly.
SC-1109 Transparency fluid appearance RTV silicone sealant (one part). The sealant can be filtered into littleness gap which has effective sealant. Surface dry,solidify quickly. High transparency, circuit structure can be sawed clearly.
Main Usage: folium sealing in IC component, module, photo electricity display and PCB(less then 6mm sealing).
SC-1110 Translucency semi-fluid appearance RTV silicone adhesive(one part).
Main Usage: PCB board, IC component protection, sealing and bonding.
SC-1111 Transparency fluid appearance RTV silicone sealant (one part). The sealant will became a protect folium to protect the circuit and IC moistureproof, corrosion proof and electromagnetic disturb resistance.
Main Usage: Protect PCB in high pollution, high-low temperature, high moist etc. bad working environment.
SC-1203 Translucency ointment appearance RTV silicone rubber (single component)
SC-1107 White ointment appearance heat conduction, Insulation RTV silicone rubber.
SC-1108 White fluid appearance RTV silicone rubber (single component)
Main Usage: Brittle component bonding.
SC-1109 Transparency fluid appearance RTV silicone rubber (single component)
Main usage: PCB board seal protection
SC-1110 Translucency semifluid RTV silicone rubber (single component)
SC-1111 Transparency appearance with solvent coating RTV silicone rubber (single component).
