Details:
I.One part adhesive and sealant which was solidified after absorb moisture in the air
under room temperature.
II.Excellent electrical insulation feature, No infection in different temperature, frequency.
III.Excellent cohesional strength, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance,
ozone resistance and radialization resistance performance.
IV.Excellent thixotropy, short drawbench, suitable for Automatic Dispenser operation.
V.Excellent temperature resistance, which can work at -60oC~+200oC for long time.
1.Main types:
SD-5(A)White ointment appearance RTV silicone rubber (one part)
SD-5(W)/SD-5(WA) white ointment semifluid appearance RTV silicone rubber (single component)/SD-5(WB) White fluid appearance (one part)
SD-5(HW)White ointment appearance RTV silicone rubber one part)
Main Usage:
I.Adhere and seal high voltage wedge of kinescope and neck tube.
II.Adhere and fix kinescope and deflecting coil.
III.Adhere and fix PCB component, good moistureproof, insulating, shakeproof function.
IV.Adhere and fix module component of power suply.
2.Main types:
SD-5(TC) White ointment appearance heat conduction (one part)
Main usage:
I.Electric or electronics component heat conduction.
II.Electric crystal or thermistor connector heat conduction.
III.Adhere and seal all kinds of heat exchanger.
IV.improve the heat release function
3.Main types:
SD-5(WL) White fluid appearance heat conduction RTV silicone rubber (one part)
Main usage:
I.Insulation filling and sealing electric module, electric engine component.
II.Insulation filling and sealing transformer, power supply module and commute circuit.
III.Insulation filling and sealing electric induction coil, transformer component in communication equipment.
IV.Felt between CPU and cooling fin.
