| Description |
We offer Transformer Oil Recycling which is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110KV especially for the latitude is over 500 meters.
The machine can remove the free water, soluble water, gas, acid, free carbon(polarity material) and other impurities high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, improving the insulation oil dielectric value, making sure the electric device running safely. the ZJA transformer oil purifier can recycle the insulation oil, which includes transformer oil, break oil, capacitor oil, switch oil, mutual oil, cable oil and so on. Meanwhile, this machine can inject oil into the electric device under the vacuum situation. Besides the insulation oil, ZJA also can purify any non-emulsification oil. It is good oil purification system for the power station, transformer station, and other relative line.
Features;
1. Add Roots Pump supercharge system and secondary high vacuum separation dehydration and degasification system on the basis of high efficiency vacuum purifier, which enable the vacuum limit reaching 3Pa.
2. Being able to eliminate water, gas and impurities etc. harmful contaminants quickly and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status, could enhance the breakdown voltage up to 75KV.
3. Being able to remove little tiny water and various gases from oil, and ensure that there is no acetylene in oil.
4. This machine can inject insulation oil into transformers, and then make dryness disposal.
5. The advanced infrared liquid control automatically system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensure that long-term safe and reliable operation.
6. Have the function of electrification online operation.
7.Mounted on chassis with 2 pneumatic tyres, 1 pre-leg; covered steel shield. Air brake system, you can move it at any site.
