| Description |
High-pressure micro-grinding learn from the fine-grade advanced technology of Germany and Japan to solve difficult classification of ultra-fine powder, mainly for more than 500 species of ultrafine powder materials processing, such as feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black, clay and so on . The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 80-500 mesh.
Work characteristics:
The working principle of this machine is the same with that of R-series of Raymond mill. However, there are strong springs with pressure as high as1000-1500 kg equipped on the machine, so that the pressure between the roller and ring rolling mill is 1.2 times of the other machines. When the wear and tear between roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of the strong spring,, so to keep the invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to make sure the stable production and the fineness.
At the same time, in the milling devices, the components have been improved technically, so that roller and ring get the maximum contact area to avoid the phenomenon existing in the general milling machine that the small particles in the uneven surfaces can not be crushed continuously . According to the gas flow Burnoulli equation calculation and simulation experimental results, it change the size of classifier geometry blades, and re-adjust the profile angle and the relative gap edge, so that ultra-fine powder entering the classification can be sorted out effectively and precisely.
