small miners for mineral ores especially copper ore search engine. Briefly we have copper ore with quality specification of copper purity between15- 25.7%.
Will be managed through the following formulas:
LME FORMULA
If Cu content between 25-35%: the full Cu content shall be paid for at 55% of LME copper cash settlement, FOB Dar Es-salaam.
That is: 25-30~27.5% ~3,154.00 X 27.5% X 55% = ($) 400/MT ON FOB
If Cu content between 35-45%: the full Cu content shall be paid for at 58% of LME copper cash settlement, FOB Dar Es-salaam.
That is:35-45%~40%~3,154.00 x40% x58% =($)721.75/MT ON FOB
If Cu content is above 45%, the full Cu content shall be paid for at 60% of LME copper cash settlement, FOB Dar Es-salaam.
That is: 45%~45%~3,154.00 x 45% x60% = ($) 851/MT ON FOB
NEGOTIATION FORMULA
($) 40 X1% for copper purity=FOB MARKET PRICE
EXAMPLE;
($) 40 X25= ($) 1000/MT ON FOB DAR-ES-SALAAM PORT
QUANTITIES ADEQUACY:
We have reasonable quantities for export, because we exploit ourselves from our small mining.
PAYMENT TERMS;
We accept opened irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit payable on 100% at sight on document presentation.
DELIVERY PERIOD;
Shall be one month after received confirmed letter of credit.
CERTIFICATION:
Relevant certificate for quality test specification will be provided.
QUANTITIES FOR SUPPLY
We can manage to export about 300-500 mts /month
